Cashless Admission to Panel Hospitals
For Individual policy:
This is applicable only if you have our AXA HealthCare Card .
You may call the hotline number printed on your medical card prior to your hospital admission for any enquiry.
Please present your AXA HealthCare Card to the Hospital.
Hospital will contact our service provider* for arrangement. You will be given a claim form to complete and your attending doctor will complete the medical report.
Once our service provider obtained the completed medical report, they will issue a letter of guarantee for your admission if your medical condition is covered under the policy.
Upon discharge our service provider will issue a final guarantee letter to the hospital and hospital will collect any excess** charges from you if there is any.
*Service provider is a third party who assists us to manage your admission to our Panel hospital.
**Excess is referring to those expenses not covered under the policy or exceeding policy limit.
For Group policy:
Please call the helpline number indicated on your medical card before admission into the hospital.
You will settle the medical expenses and submit your claim to us for reimbursement.
Reimbursement is applicable to the following situations:
a) Admission to non-panel hospitals.
b) Outpatient treatment due to minor injury sustained in an accident.
c) Outpatient treatment prior to admission and/or follow-up treatment after discharge from the hospital.
d) Day surgery whereby you are not required to stay overnight at the hospital.
e) Outpatient cancer treatment and outpatient kidney dialysis.
f) Hospitalisation outside Malaysia.

You will settle the medical expenses and submit your claim to us for processing.
