Claim decision will be provided within 1 working day, and if the claim is approved, you will receive cash in your account within 3 working days*

We will send you an update within 2 working days upon receiving your claim submission and you will be able to track your claim status. Theft claims will take between 30 to 60 days of investigation and assessment. In some cases, it may take longer due to complexity of the case.

Upon receiving all the required supporting documents from you, we will do our best to process your claim and revert with a decision within the following time frame.
3 working days for claims below RM10,000
6 working days for claims RM10,000 & above
4 working days for claims below RM5,000
6-8 working days for claims RM5,000 & above
These timescales are excluding claims under further investigation and claims with severe vehicle damage.
For minor loss or damages below RM5000,we will revert with the claims decision within 1 working day. If the claim is approved, we will pay you within 3 working days.
