It is important to know what you are covered for when making a claim.

With complete information and supporting documents received from you, we will provide the claim decision within 5 business days. For an approved claim, you will receive the payment in your account within 3 business days. However, in some cases, it may take longer due to the complexity of the claim. Regardless, we will keep you informed of your claim progress.
